Do you only play classical music?
While we're all trained classical musicians, we also enjoy a wide variety of different musical styles. We'll arrange jazz tunes, rock songs, popular hits, and other musical genres at your request. For a downloadable list of repertoire (word .doc format) click here.
Specific repertoire requests require some preparation time, so advance notice is appreciated.
Do you only work as a quartet?
We love playing together, and we'd be the first to tell you that the sound of a quartet has a fullness and beauty that solo instrumentalists just can't quite match. That being said, if you're on a budget, all of us are available for solo, duet, or trio engagements.
If you're looking for an even grander splash, please talk to us and we'd be happy to see if we can help contract a larger group.
Can you work with other musicians?
We've worked with everyone from Yo-Yo Ma and Bobby McFerrin to your Aunt Martha and cousin Bill. We accompany vocal soloists at numerous events, and we will even (with enough notice) transpose our parts to fit their vocal range. We will also be happy to work with, or recommend, musicians in a variety of different styles and experience levels.
I know you do weddings. What other type of occasions do you do?
We've played for royalty. We've played on the streets. That covers a lot of ground.
Here are some ideas:
- corporate events
- conventions
- cocktail hours
- Christmas parties
- convocations
- christenings
- chamber music concerts
- commercial work
and those are just events beginning with the letter 'c'.
We also play funerals, bar mitzvahs, serenades for the uber-romantic, studio work, grand openings, and restaurants. We're limited only by your imagination (and a certain minimum space requirement).
What is the minimum amount of time that we can book?
Our initial fee includes up to two hours of playing, and is an excellent value. We would be happy to talk with you about extending the amount of time. We can also play for a smaller duration, but minimum fees do apply. Contact us for more details!
Do you travel?
Yes! We love travelling, and will travel based on availability.

Our standard rate of $600 buys you two hours of exceptional music and travel fees within a twenty mile radius of downtown Toledo.
